Infrastructure
Build the system to do it. Install the capability the company needs.

Engine
Run the system. Keep publishing, distribution, measurement, and optimization moving.
Not every client needs all three.
Some clients move Intelligence → Infrastructure → in-house.
Some already know the strategy and need Infrastructure.
Some have the machinery and need Engine.
The point is not to sell a funnel. It is to solve the constraint.
